Seita Sadoo-Thomas

Summer 2014

 

 

As an MBA Intern, Seita’s responsibility was to focus on spreading the entrepreneurial mindset through the development and coordination of promotional materials, info-graphics, planning and organizing events and programs. She also completed entrepreneurial research on accelerator programs and how they can be beneficial to entrepreneurs in Atlantic Canada. She was responsible for various other duties as assigned to help fulfill the PDC’s mandate to spread the entrepreneurial mindset across the province.
 

Seita has 12 years of work experience both in the corporate field and as a graduate teacher. She spent the last 6 years teaching Accounting and Principles of Business to grades 10 and 11 high school students, and also served as a Form Coordinator from 2013-2014 in Saint Lucia. She is a self-driven, innovative and creative individual with sound financial and business acumen, who is passionate and dedicated towards entrepreneurship.
 

She completed a MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management at the University of New Brunswick, Saint John Campus in the Fall of 2014. She also holds a BSc. in Business Education from the Andrews University (Michigan, USA).
